Liquid Coating Systems can offer a roofing system that cures into a flexible waterproof coating designed to adjust to fixings, seams, welds and joints. the liquid roof coatings can be applied to various materials including felt, concrete, asbestos, metal and more. The Liquid roof coating will provide a long lasting protective solution. Langley can provide the Paracoat range of liquid products, this is a Langley specific high performance liquid coating roofing system.
The Paracoat System
Langley Paracoat Systems provide long life weatherproofing solutions to flat roof refurbishmentswith the backing of a full Langley guarantee for both cold and warm roof designs. The systems are made up of a minimum of two layers of moisture triggered polyurethane, incorporating a random weave glass fibre mat reinforcement. The Paracoat range of advanced technology, high performance, cold applied, liquid waterproofing systems comprises single pack, elastomeric, high build, liquid polyurethane coatings. These cure to form a seamless, durable, long lasting, weatherproof mebranes for all types of flat and pitched roofs.

Advantages
Liquid systems have many advantages over traditional types of waterproofing particularly within the refurbishment sector. As well as being cold applied, liquid coatings offer a seamless roof finish. It forms a permanently elastic, seamless membrane and is ideal for long term waterproofing of awkward roof details such as pipe penetrations, upstands and gutters. These characteristics also make the system a perfect choice for the long term protection of balconies, terraces and patios.
Liquid Coating Systems will bond to a great many substrates, allowing its use in many situations without having to remove and dispose of the existing roof covering. This saves time and avoids the cost of removal and cost/environmental issues associated with disposal.
